We have two identical houses within the Paraíso Condominium, located in different areas of the community. Both houses have seven suites, are built with the same floor plan, and are similar distances from the beach, with the only difference being the location of the leisure area. Check them out. It's worth it. Come!
It has 7 suites, all with box-spring beds, new mattresses, air conditioning, electric showers and closets in all rooms.
We have pillows in the rooms and the beds are new "BOX type".
In short, our customers don't have to worry about anything. Just have fun!!!
House near the beach. Sleeps 22. Both houses are in a gated community – Condomínio Paraíso – with 24-hour security.
We have wheelchair access to the room (not the bathroom) and 24-hour security.
There are 22. All new. Comfortably accommodates 22.
We have two lavatories. One indoors and one outdoors.
The two houses are richly furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The houses are ready to use with a new 42-inch LED TV, TV system with SKY and exclusive WiFi.
The house contains a DVD player, sound system, sofas, a living room set, a washing machine, etc. All items are new or in excellent condition. I guarantee this.
Modern and complete kitchen with 5-burner stove, two refrigerators, a freezer, electric water cooler, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, mixer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and even an electric iron.
An excellent leisure area with a balcony integrated into the house with a kiosk, sink, countertop, cabinet and barbecue.
37 m2 swimming pool with waterfall, whirlpool, deck, chairs, sun loungers, three sets of tables and chairs and LED lighting.
In addition to water tanks on the roof, we have an underground tank with 12,000 liters and an automatic pump to prevent any water shortages.
