House and Condominium Rules:
01 - The guest pays the consumption of water and electricity, during the period of his stay.
01.1 - During New Year's Eve, on dates between 12/27 to 1/10, and in subsequent years, only a minimum rental of 10 nights;
02 - During the CARNIVAL period, on dates between the 14th to the 27th of 2023, and in subsequent years, only a minimum rent of 07 nights;
03 - On the April holiday - HOLY FRIDAY, on dates between the 5th to 12/04th, and in subsequent years, only a minimum rent of 03 nights;
04 -Other holidays not listed here, I only rent a minimum period of 03 nights;
05 - The house has bed linen, bath towel, necessary kitchen and barbecue utensils
06- When electrical and electronic devices are defective, we will do our best to replace them within the period of the guest's stay, but this is not guaranteed.
07 - It is NOT allowed the entry of any type of BUS in the condominium, as well as the permanence of VAN is NOT allowed. In the case of VAM, entry is only allowed for boarding and disembarking;
08 - Only a maximum of 06 (six) cars are allowed to remain inside the condominium during the period of stay;
09 - The swimming pool owner cleans the pool from Monday to Saturday, not on Sundays and public holidays. The tenant can make an agreement with him.
10 - The ACADEMY and the CLUB of the condominium can only be used by guests who have stayed for at least 06 (six) months (this is a rule of the condominium).
