Location:
Parque do Jacuípe Condominium, km 34 of the Coco road, with gatehouse, controlled access and 24-hour security, as well as access to the beach and river from within the condominium itself.
Structure:
House with 158m2, furnished, 2 suites (all air-conditioned), 1 suite with balcony, 2 social bedrooms (all air-conditioned) with balcony, 4 bathrooms, private pool, kiosk with barbecue, parking for 3 cars, powder room, pantry, full kitchen, water filter, cutlery and other utensils, internet, 32" smart TV, vertical freezer.

Regarding fees and payments:
In addition to the daily/package rates, the client is responsible for a Cleaning/Maintenance fee of R$ 200.00. Water and electricity consumption are also covered, with 50% due upon closing the deal via bank deposit and the remaining balance (in cash) due upon key handover at the start of the rental period.
Security deposit (in cash) amount to be agreed upon according to the period (Refundable at the end, as per contractual clause). We do not rent annually, nor for celebrations or events. Use of sound equipment is in accordance with municipal regulations. Smoking is prohibited.

There are 4 double beds and 4 single beds. Only people who have previously registered when the contract was drawn up will be allowed to stay in the house.
To enter the condominium, all individuals will need to be registered on the condominium's app for access control at the gate.
