Cozy East-Facing House for Vacation Rental in Barra do Jacuípe, gated community, approximately 45km from Salvador and the most beautiful beaches of the north coast (Guarajuba, Itacimirim, Praia do Forte and Imbassahy), supermarkets, restaurants, gas station and local shops.

Location:
Parque do Jacuípe Condominium, Km 34 of the Coco Highway, with gatehouse, controlled access and 24-hour security, as well as access to the beach and river from within the condominium itself.

Structure:
House with 265m2, furnished, 4 suites (all air-conditioned), 3 with balconies, 6 bathrooms, private pool, kiosk with barbecue, parking for 4 cars, powder room, pantry, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, water purifier, cutlery and other utensils. Internet, 43" Smart TV, Vertical Freezer and Beer Fridge.

Regarding fees and payments:
In addition to the daily/package rates, the client is responsible for a Cleaning/Maintenance fee of R$200.00. Water and electricity consumption are also included.
50% upon closing the deal, via bank deposit, and the remaining balance upon delivery of the keys, at the start of the lease.

Security deposit amount to be agreed upon according to the period (Refundable at the end, as per contractual clause).
We do not rent annually, nor for celebrations or events.
Use of sound in accordance with municipal legislation.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
Accommodation for up to 13 people (adults/children).
There are 4 double beds and 5 single beds.
Only those people who were previously registered when the contract was drawn up will be allowed to remain in the house.

To enter the condominium, all individuals will need to be registered on the condominium's app for access control at the gate.

Note: We provide bed linens and towels; prices to be agreed upon.
