The condominium has a children's playground (on the way to the beach), 2 mini-markets and a restaurant, access to the sea and a clean, unpolluted river. It has a large green area where you can go for walks. Choose to stay on the beach bathed by the river, where you can enjoy snacks and drinks, or stay further away, on the beach bathed by the sea. It is 35km from Salvador airport, 10km from Guarajuba and 25km from Praia do Forte.
Notes:
1-Cleaning fee R$300.00;
2- Electricity and water are charged separately. Gas and pool maintenance are not charged.
3- Bed linens and towels (fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and hand towels) are NOT INCLUDED in the price. If you wish to have these items, there will be an additional charge of R$30.00 per person;
4-Except for holidays and festive dates, the minimum number of nights is 2;
5- The house has 4 queen-size double beds and 5 single beds to accommodate 13 people. It is possible to convert the beds to 5 double and 3 single beds. The remaining 2 will be accommodated on extra beds.
6- Check-in can be done from 11:00 AM and check-out until 2:00 PM, except in December and January, when check-in and check-out times are 12:00 PM. If there are no guests checking in or out the day before check-in or check-out, respectively, these times may be flexible.
7- For New Year's Eve, the minimum stay is 6 nights, and for Christmas, 5 nights. For periods encompassing these two dates, please consult the owner for price adjustments.
