O apartamento é excelente! Corresponde ao anúncio. Completo com todos os utensílios. Inclusive tem cadeiras de praia e guarda sol. Proprietário atencioso. Condomínio muito bom com diversas opções de lazer e piscina com tamanho ótimo. Várias quadras de esporte. Pra quem gosta de praticar esses esportes tem que levar os matérias, lá eles não oferecem. O condomínio é perto da praia de Toninhas e da para ir tranquilamente á pé. Local muito bonito. Vale muito apena.
