Gostei muito do AP, estava tudo limpinho, bem ventilado, NÃO tem aquele cheiro de mofo como muitos APs tem. Ótima localização. Sr. Valmir muito prestativo, tirou todas minhas dúvidas e honesto. Esqueci um dinheiro no AP e ele me ligou avisando e devolvendo. Pretendo voltar no AP numa próxima viagem à Ubatuba.
