Upstairs there is a room with sliding doors that, when opened, connects to the barbecue area where you can gather and enjoy the barbecue area with mountain views in the company of friends.
Upstairs there is a private barbecue and a games table.
Note: The building does not have a swimming pool.
We do not provide bed linens, table linens, bath towels, beach chairs, or personal hygiene items.

When it's quieter, I suggest visiting Paraty, Rio de Janeiro...it's easily doable as a day trip.

The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 12 (twelve) people (including children of any age), as per the condominium bylaws.
Small domestic pets are allowed, only 1 (one) pet per apartment. An additional fee of R$300.00 will be charged for accommodation in the apartment. Pets are not allowed to be left alone inside the apartment.
A security deposit of R$400.00 will be added to the package to cover any damage caused by the animal to upholstery, furniture, mattresses, etc.
If no damage occurs, the security deposit will be refunded on the date you vacate the property.
The apartment is a 6-minute walk to Praia Grande beach and a 15-minute drive to the city center.
