Comfortable and decorated with great taste, our property is in the prime area of Praia Grande and just 3 blocks from the beach (less than 400m, 2 min walk).
The apartment has 2 bedrooms:
- 1 suite with king size bed, 42 'TV and custom cabinets;
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 5 mattresses and planned;
- Social bathroom with heating. gas;
- Living room with reed and leather furniture, 1 sofa with 3 seats plus 2 armchairs, rack, smart TV for 47 and dining table;
- Full gourmet kitchen with barbecue on the balcony, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and basic utensils for meals and their preparation.
- Apt is on the first floor, in the morning sun, has ceiling fans in every room.

Very well located property, mini markets with butchers, produce and bakery on the corner (in front of the beach), shops, ice cream parlors, pizzeria, restaurants, all in the very avenue, very comfortable!
