Located in the noble part of Praia Grande, it is well furnished with refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, TV and ceiling fans in all environments and equipped with satellite dish, electronic security system, closed circuit TV, intercoms and automatic gates. Close by we have a bakery, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, supermarkets, restaurants and gas station. Everything for a comfortable and safe stay for you and your family!
COMMENTS:
1) AS A RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM AND WITH SILENT HOURS FROM 11 pm TO 8 am HS. WE ARE RENTING ESPECIALLY TO FAMILIES.
2) THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE INDICATED IN EACH APARTMENT IS THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY THE CONDOMINIUM, SINCE THE EXCEEDINGS ARE BARRIED ALREADY AT THE BUILDING ORDINANCE.
