Trata-se de uma cobertura ampla e bem-estruturada, localizada próxima à Praia Grande, oferecendo um espaço generoso e confortável. Contudo, foi identificado que as águas provenientes da chuva, assim como aquelas utilizadas na lavagem da área da cobertura, são direcionadas ao mesmo reservatório de abastecimento que distribui água para os apartamentos. Essa condição compromete a qualidade da água, tornando-a inadequada para consumo, banho e práticas de higiene pessoal. Não recomendo.
Roberta Lacerda: O edifício Bruna está a mais de 15 anos hospedando nossos queridos hóspedes! E NUNCA um único hóspede disse um absurdo desses! Assim como já foi esclarecido e explicado que nossa água sempre foi e continua sendo da Sabesp, totalmente tratada! Sinto muito que sua família pegou virose numa época ( verão) onde ocorrem muitos casos e por normalmente as pessoas comerem coisas em praias mal armazenadas! Então não acho certo a senhora querer justificar o problema da virose da sua família na água do meu edifício que é 100% tratada e podemos provar! Não fazemos reutilização alguma de água! Nossa água totalmente limpa e 100% tratada!

Amo o ed Bruna já é minha 6o vez que me hospedo aqui, localização excelente, perfeito para a família, sempre fui muito bem atendido pela equipe que trabalha no prédio. Recomendo para todos!

O apartamento é exatamente como está nas fotos e comporta muito bem 15 pessoas. Para quem quer aproveitar a praia grande de Ubatuba, é muito próximo de tudo.
