On the Lower Floor: 02 bedrooms, (one en suite with private bathroom), social bathroom, living-dining room with balcony, kitchen, laundry area and on the Upper Floor: reversible TV room in Dormitory with bathroom (Totaling 03 bathrooms ) and a large terrace with a private barbecue. Each unit has a designated parking space. Total area of 256.38 m2. Accommodates 08 people in comfort.

Located in the noble part of Praia Grande, it is well furnished with refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, TV and ceiling fans in all environments and equipped with satellite dish, electronic security system, closed circuit TV, intercoms and automatic gates. Very close and not needing a car, we have bakery, pharmacy, ice cream shop, supermarkets, restaurants and gas station. Everything for a comfortable and safe stay for you and your family!

1) AS A RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM AND WITH SILENT HOURS FROM 11 pm TO 8 am HS. WE ARE RENTING ESPECIALLY TO FAMILIES.

2) THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE INDICATED IN EACH APARTMENT IS THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY THE CONDOMINIUM, SINCE THE EXCEEDINGS ARE BARRIED ALREADY AT THE BUILDING ORDINANCE.
