Todos os integrantes ficaram muito satisfeitos e muito bem acomodados no apto...
Todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado, os banheiros são de perfeitas condições.
A cozinha é abastecida com todos utensílios necessários...
A localização do apto para a praia é perfeita!
Além de ficar cerca de 5 min da praia andando à pé, a rua de acesso é muito boa, com famílias circulando...
E chegando na praia, não houve tumulto de banhistas em nenhum dos dias...
Acredito que seja por conta da boa localização mesmo...

O prédio possui dois tipos de sauna, e uma piscina, onde aproveitamos todos os dia depois de muita praia e sol... Esse ponto foi muito positivo!
A anfitriã Eliete, foi prestativa em todos os aspectos...
Fez questão em saber se estávamos satisfeitos com o apto logo quando chegamos, se estávamos bem acomodados, se precisávamos de alguma coisa, etc...
Provavelmente voltaremos outras vezes!

We are residents of Poços de Caldas - MG and we have Ubatuba as our second home. We love Ubatuba! Every year my family and I travel to Ubatuba on our vacation. We have been doing this for over 20 years. After so many years enjoying this city with beautiful beaches, we decided to acquire this property due to its privileged location and because it is spacious and comfortable. The property is new and fully furnished with air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and living room, as well as a beautiful barbecue on the balcony.
