Tive a oportunidade de hospedar nesse apartamento no período de 03/01 até 08/01/2018. Apartamento muito acolhedor, chegamos lá e estava tudo muito limpo e organizado. Do zelador até a faxineira, todos muito receptivos e educados. Ambiente muito familiar. Uma única sugestão, porém muito simples que eu gostaria de dar ao proprietário, poderia trocar os suportes dos sabonetes dos banheiros e deixar o wi fi ligado o tempo todo, pois ligavam somente a noite. Tirando isso, não tenho nada a reclamar, nota 10.

O Condomínio Edifício Village Ana Luíza é um excelente apartamento para quem passar alguns dias na praia, nós (eu e família) ficamos muito satisfeitos com a infraestrutura da casa, localização, recepção (porteiro e proprietária), além de tudo isso, há um linda vista para o mar, piscina e a casa contêm utensílios de cozinha.
Já posso dizer que ficarei nesta casa todas as vezes que formos e indicarei a todos os meus amigos.
Agradeço os proprietários e os funcionários do lugar.

Fomos em seis famílias e alugamos 3 apartamentos, tivemos problemas em dois apartamentos que a geladeira não funcionou, o anunciante resolveu o problema o mas rápido possível, inclusive com uma geladeira novinha. Algumas luzes da área em torno da piscina não estão funcionando. No geral gostamos muito e pretendemos retornar. O selador do prédio e bem atencioso e se preocupa com os problemas do prédio.
