BASIC DAILY RATE R$395.00 EXCEPT HOLIDAYS, PRE-SEASON AND HIGH SEASON (OCTOBER UNTIL THE FIRST HALF AFTER CARNIVAL)

Distance to the best restaurants in Itaguá: 10 minutes (3 km)
Distance to the city center, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.: 13 minutes (5 km)
Suite room with double bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning (for 2 people).
Shared bedroom with 1 bunk bed, extra bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning (for 3 people). Safety net on the window.
Room with 1 sofa bed (1 person)
Accommodation for up to 8 people, with 6 people sleeping comfortably in beds on 2 mattresses.
Gourmet Balcony (Barbecue) with Safety Net
Kitchen equipped with the basics for meal preparation (Pots, pressure cooker, frying pan, baking tray, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, blender, thermos, coffee filter holder, microwave, etc.)
Social area with swimming pool for children and adults, sauna.
Check-in after 2 PM until 7 PM. Check-out until 9 AM.
Subject to availability and upon request, schedules may be rearranged to suit the traveler's convenience.
We do not have bed linens and towels (only pillows are available).
We do not have chairs or umbrellas.
Maximum occupancy allowed: 8 people (including children of any age)
Garage for 1 car, inquire about the possibility of renting a 2nd parking space.
Wi-Fi in the building
One small pet is allowed in the apartment. An additional fee of R$200.00 applies for pet accommodation. The animal is not allowed to be left alone inside the apartment.
A security deposit of R$300.00 will be added to the package to cover any potential damage caused by the animal to upholstery...
