• 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), living room with two areas, bathroom, gourmet balcony, kitchen with dining area and service area.
• 1 covered parking space (basement).
• Accommodates up to 8 people, including children (2 bunk beds and 1 double bed).
• Entry time: from 9 am
• Departure time: until 2 PM (maximum)
• The cleaning fee is not included in the daily rate. (R$300.00) per stay.
• If the number of guests exceeds the permitted limit, it will not be possible to accommodate additional people.
About space

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you smoke, you will be responsible for any resulting damage.
• No pets allowed.

• Parties or loud music are not allowed (please respect the quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM).
