O imóvel é extremamente novo, próximo à Praia Grande (8 minutos andando), com excelente área de churrasqueira, cozinha completa, quartos arejados e iluminados.
Duas vagas de garagem coberta com fácil acesso.
Elevador muito bom.
A Karine foi muito atenciosa e cordial, respondendo com rapidez e segurança.
Suporta 09 pessoas tranquilamente, mas a cozinha vai ficar um pouco apertada caso todos os lugares estejam ocupados.
O prédio fica quase encostado no morro, sendo muito silencioso para dormir.
Os chuveiros dos banheiros são excelentes, a pressão da água é ótima.
A cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar. Tem air frayer e uma
Garrafa térmica para café maravilhosa.
Uma excelente opção para quem viaja em família, com excelente custo benefício.
O espaço dos quartos é adequado, porém, nas beliches, surgirão que não coloquem idosos, pois é um pouco difícil de subir e descer.
Gostamos muito da estadia.
