We are from Minas Gerais, from the south of Minas Gerais.
Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, on Ubatuba's most popular beach, Praia Grande.
Here you will enjoy happy moments with your family and friends in a cozy, modern and complete space.
Our condominium is very safe, organized, cautious with 24-hour doorman, caretaker, cleaning assistant; neighboring a forest full of trees and birds.

Our apartment faces the street (towards Orla da Praia Grande).
You will certainly like the comfort of the apartment and its location, as you can walk to the beachfront in just 5 minutes, right in front of the Kaiambá kiosk. It is located two blocks from the Rosário market, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, snack food trucks, pharmacies, convenience stores and children's entertainment such as a little train and tricycles.
Our space was made with great care and it is a great pleasure to be able to share it with you.
