Excellent penthouse apartment (not a duplex) of 180m2, located in the Atlantis Condominium, in the prime area of Praia Grande, approximately 100 meters from the beach, with 3 spacious suites with air conditioning and mosquito nets, a powder room, an American-style kitchen, a large living and dining room integrated with a complete gourmet kitchen, and a spacious L-shaped terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and forest, as well as sea views.
Apartment for seasonal rental, exclusively for family occupancy.
- Suite 1 with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning: sleeps 3
- Suite 2 with 1 single box bed, 1 bunk bed, air conditioning, sleeps 3.
- Suite 3 with 1 queen-size box spring bed and 1 bunk bed with air conditioning: sleeps 4.
- Kitchen equipped with plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, pots, frying pan, baking trays, pressure cooker, saucepan, blender, thermos, coffee filter holder, mixer, electric oven and microwave oven, 5-burner stove, double-door refrigerator and 1 mini-fridge for drinks.
- Spacious living room with a 55” smart TV.
- Barbecue grill with complete barbecue kit and restroom.
- Laundry area with washing machine.
The condominium has a small leisure area with a swimming pool and games.
