Finely decorated environment with all furniture and utensils in excellent condition:
01 double suite with Queen Size box bed; 01 bedroom with two single beds plus a mattress;
01 suite King Size box bed and a single mattress;
Room on the upper floor that accommodates two people on the sofa and another double mattress. Capacity of up to 12 people in the apartment! All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe.
Apartment has wifi; living room, balcony, four televisions, refrigerators, stove, microwave, washing machine; two social bathrooms and all kitchen utensils. On the roof there is a large area with a private barbecue, tables and chairs. The condominium has internet in the leisure area with swimming pool, sauna, barbecues. Covered garage for one car and 24-hour concierge!
Nearby: Supermarkets (with bakery and butcher), pharmacies, snack bars, restaurants, snack trailers and Shopping do Rosário!
The apartment does not accept animals (Pet), nothing against the little ones, because they are wonderful!
