PROPERTY CONDITIONS
The house is spacious and has a large and well-kept garden, with a beautiful view of Pico do Corcovado.
We have barbecue with complete barbecue kit, wood oven and clay pots.
The house has two floors with a balcony on the second floor, from where you can see the pool, the garden and the beautiful view of Corcovado.
It is forbidden to have parties with loud music after 11-12 pm, the volume must be moderate because the neighbors are older than they are.

Folha seca located on the hard beach between Lagoinha and Lazaro beaches. It is a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a well-preserved Atlantic forest, home to a wide variety of birds, especially Tanager Tanager
and hummingbirds, making the neighborhood a perfect spot for
for Avifest, a meeting of birdwatchers held every year in October.
