Apartment for vacation rental in Ubatuba
The entire front area of the Condominium – including the sidewalk in front of the Condominium – is monitored by a 24-hour camera monitoring system.
Location: Top location. You will be 80 meters from Praia Grande and 120 meters from Praia do Tenório. Without even taking your car out of the garage (if you wish), you will have both beaches at your disposal, and about 300 meters away you will find supermarkets (Conde, Supermercado Zezinho, Top Stop...), bakeries (Orquídea Palace...), pharmacies (Conde, Droga Raia), and all kinds of shops, as well as two (simple) restaurants and a pizzeria. Furthermore, you will be 200 meters from the Rio-Santos Highway, allowing for easy travel to other beaches or to arrive and leave the property. Nearby, next to these shops, there is a bicycle rental shop where you can enjoy rides along the Itaguá waterfront, walk along the Praia Grande waterfront, or along the Itaguá waterfront. The possibilities are many, thanks to the excellent location of the property. Specifically, once there, I prefer to leave the car in the garage and enjoy the nearby beaches, doing everything on foot. You'll be close (already using your own vehicle) to the Tamar Project and the Ubatuba Aquarium.
