O que mais gostei foi a localização, fizemos tudo a pé, tudo bem pertinho, a praia do Tenório, praia Grande, a praia do Itaguá, restaurantes e as lojinhas.
O apartamento estava limpíssimo e tudo muito organizado, sem contar que é bem arejado.

Há uns 4 anos descobri ele pelo site e só me hospedo nele quando vou pra Ubatuba.
Espaçoso, confortável, segur.
O melhor de tudo, fica próximo a praia do Tenório, e, tem tudo perto, padaria, restaurante, sorveteria, não preciso nem tirar o carro da garagem!!!
