Thank you for your interest in my property.
It is located on Lázaro beach, 250 meters from both Lázaro and Sununga beaches. Lázaro is excellent for children and the elderly and Sununga is famous for its grotto that cries and the youth point.
A kilometer or so away is another beach at the marinas called Saco da Ribeira, from where schooners leave for Ilha Anchieta and other paradisiacal beaches at a good price.
Via Praia do Lázaro, you can also reach another beach, Domingas Dias (artists' beach)
The property has three bedrooms, one suite, living room, kitchen, 02 bathrooms and balcony.
All large environments. The backyard is large with garden and barbecue.
Fits up to three passenger cars.
Smart tv, WiFi. Fans. It has a tanquinho, refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchen utensils.
I do not provide bedding, table, bath and pillows.
Well located close to supermarkets, pharmacy, health center, butcher shop, bakery, restaurants,
pizzerias, ice cream parlors, gas stations, etc.
ATTENTION: the basic rate is not valid for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and extended holidays.

A localização é realmente boa bem proximo a praia, a casa é bem aconchegante, com um jardim arborizado fazendo se sentir bem próximo a natureza. Eu e minha familia gostamos muito, praia calma ideal para crianças e tem acesso a Praia Sununga para que gosta de praia mais agitada, agrada todos os gostos, E nao poderia deixar de falar da proprietária Márcia que Nos deixou a vontade com sua hospitalidade e simpatia. VOLTAREMOS COM CERTEZA!!
