DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH 80 METERS. SEE DAILY RATE ON THE CALENDAR.
HOUSE RULES:
1- MAXIMUM 14 people between adults and children.
2-Strictly for families.
3- Parties or events are not allowed.
4- Do not rent to groups of young single people.
5- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
6- Loud music is not allowed at any time, according to city hall and condominium rules, and there are
excesses, the residential area may contact the city hall or local authority.
7- Only 1 dog accepted for a fee of 100 reais. THE DOG MUST BE SMALL. PLEASE DO NOT INSIST ON TAKING A MEDIUM SIZED DOG OR MORE THAN ONE. Do not allow the animal to enter the pool, climb on the beds or sofas.
8- CAR SPACE (4 cars).
9- DO NOT rent less than 3 days before the arrival date.
Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are REQUIRED. A packing list will be provided after your rental.
LOCATION:
Rua Pérola, 29, Praia do Lázaro, Pedra Verde Condominium, Ubatuba, SP. The residential complex is located across from Lázaro Beach. The house is on the first block of the condominium. The distance from the house to the beach is 80 meters.
There are three beaches in one place divided by small peninsulas, they are: the middle one is Lázaro beach, in its right corner walk to Domingas Dias beach, and in the left corner walk to Sununga beach.
LOCAL STRUCTURE:
Leaving the condominium about 300 meters away there is good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, fruit and vegetable stores, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, gas stations, etc.
BEACH: there are several leisure options such as schooner trips, diving, trails, kayaks, banana boats, etc.
DISTANCE TO CITY CENTER: approximately 14 km from the house.
IDEAL HOUSE FOR 4 COUPLES WITH CHILDREN.
There are four suites, one of which is a studio apartment complete with a smart TV and minibar in the outdoor area next to the pool. All bedrooms have split air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout the house. The house has a total of five bathrooms (one is a powder room).
The house and the route to the beach are flat, making them ideal for children, wheelchair users and the elderly.
RESIDENTIAL SECURITY.
The Pedra Verde condominium has more than four hundred houses, we have cameras on every street and uniformed security guards on duty 24 hours a day.

Essa é a segunda vez que ficamos hospedados na casa da Dona Iris. A casa é excelente, muito bem cuidada e o condomínio é bem seguro. A Dona Iris é uma senhora muito organizada e nos sentimos à vontade.
A localização é perfeita, quase de frente pra praia. Falando sobre a casa, é térrea, projetada para quem viaja com crianças e idosos. A área externa com piscina e churrasqueira é ótima, bem espaçosa. Pegamos alguns dias de chuva e, mesmo assim, conseguimos aproveitar. Espero retornar em breve. Parabéns pela casa, Dona Iris!

Passamos dias maravilhosos nessa casa. A descrição do imóvel é muito fiel a realidade, na verdade a casa está melhor do que nas fotos. Tudo estava extremamente limpo e bem cuidado. A piscina é ótima e a Praia é muito perto. Ficamos hospedados em família com 4 crianças e todos puderam desfrutar de dias perfeitos. Agradecemos aos proprietários por nos deixarem a vontade, como se estivéssemos em casa.

Ha quase dois anos penso em escrever uma avaliacao, mas so agora consegui! A casa teve aquele gostinho de casa de praia da familia mesmo, limpinha, confortavel, aconchegante, com tudo que voce precisa, pertinho da praia. Minha unica reclamacao foi ter que levar roupa de cama, mesa e banho. Dona Iris eh exigente, mas consegue ser simpatica ao mesmo tempo; procurou acomodar todas as nossas necessidades, as vezes com um pouquinho de dificuldade, mas com bom resultados. Voltaremos la um dia.
