House for vacation rental in Ubatuba

A paradise nestled between the sea and the Atlantic Forest. Located next to the port and the Saco da Ribeira Yacht Club, and within walking distance of the beaches of Lázaro, Sununga, and Domingas Dias.

Wood-burning stove and oven (perfect for pizza), barbecue, freezer, table, hammocks and benches for your enjoyment. Ample outdoor space for children and pets to have fun.

ATTENTION: Many houses and even apartments run out of water, especially during peak season. Here, we have our own water source from the mountains, so we never run out of water!!
The property is very spacious, with lots of greenery and trees everywhere. Going up the ramp, the guest will pass by my house and then, going to the end, will find the house and the barbecue area.
There are two bedrooms inside the house (one is a suite with a double bed and the other is a bedroom with two bunk beds) and an outbuilding with a double bed next to the barbecue area (outside the house).

Only the gate and ramp are shared for access to my house. The entire upper area of the property is exclusively for guests, which includes the entire gourmet area with barbecue, wood-fired oven and wood-burning stove, and a large lawn, providing all the privacy that guests desire to fully enjoy the place.
Other observations
I have three dogs. Two Border Collies (one male and one female) and a yellow mixed-breed dog. All are neutered and very docile. They usually roam around the property, but I can also isolate them. Guests usually fall in love with at least one of them! haha
