We have some options, apartment in Praia Grande for 7 people, house in Praia do Lázaro for 6 people and house for 6 people in the Estância 2 neighborhood.
Located in the heart of Lázaro, amidst a calm and peaceful neighborhood, our family was founded with roots in the caiçara culture, with over 40 years in the property rental business.
Around us we have several shops, 3 markets, 2 gas stations, a pharmacy, wine cellars, a pizzeria and some restaurants that can provide you with the support and comfort necessary to satisfy your needs.
It is 14km from the center (30 minutes by car) where all the excitement and fun for the night is.
House Description:
Large two-bedroom house, one suite and one standard bedroom, large living room, equipped kitchen, balcony with barbecue and beautiful garden for you to enjoy with the family, two spacious bathrooms (one in the suite) and garage for two cars, in addition to having a great location.
Our home has a TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, as well as a ceiling fan in each room and a standard fan. The suite has a double bed and a single bed, while the other bedroom has a double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room.
