Townhouse on a quiet street for up to 12 people. Upstairs we have: 3 bedrooms, one suite, all with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a sitting room (used as a bedroom) with ceiling fan and balcony, 2 bathrooms including the suite. On the lower floor we have: living room with cable TV, sitting room, American kitchen with horizontal freezer, refrigerator, with all household items, gas stove, laundry area and bathroom. All bathrooms are complete. In the external area we have: covered garage for two cars, grassed area, shed with barbecue, sink, counter and rustic table. Covered outdoor area that can also be used as a garage. We have a supermarket with butcher and bakery, gas station, ATM, nautical tour agencies, marinas, within a radius of 500 meters. The owner lives in the same area of the property, but with independent access.
