We do not rent to groups of young people, groups or couples. Our accommodations are designed to accommodate groups of families.
The minimum we rent is 3 nights. 1 night starts at 12:00 on one day and ends at 12:00 on the next day.
The minimum number of people to rent the house is 15 people, with a maximum of 22 people.
The payment method can be paid in installments, via deposits into a bank account, with the first deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the package to guarantee the reservation of the property, together with the digital signature of the contract, and the remainder paid in installments according to the number months until the entry date. If the entry date is less than 2 months from the contract closing date, we ask for 50% of the reservation amount. The remaining or last installment must be paid directly to the host Olga in cash, upon entering the house.
We rent the following:
A house with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bar room, TV room, 3 internal suites, the 1st with a double bed and 1 pull-out box bed, the 2nd with 1 double bed and 1 pull-out bed, the 3rd with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. We have 4 more external suites; 3 of them accommodate 4 people each and contain 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed and the last one for a couple, with a double bed, television, air conditioning and minibar. All suites in the house (internal) and external have air conditioning and bathroom with tempered glass shower.
On the outside of the house we have the balcony where the external suites are, the barbecue area with kitchen, garden and swimming pool measuring 8.5x4.0m, with steps and a depth of 1.50m to 1.60m.
The place has a garage for up to 7 passenger cars, 3 covered spaces.
We have:
600Mb WiFi Fiber Internet and HD pay TV with 133 channels in the house's TV room and external suites. Internal suites do not have TVs.
Camera system for monitoring walls, social gates, garage doors and intercom for security when receiving people.
Electric fence around the entire perimeter of the property.
Property 300 meters from Toninhas beach, close to the dolphin statue.
The daily rate starts at 12:00 on one day and ends at 12:00 on the next day.
The owner of the house lives in a small building on the same land, in the same premises as the property, but separate from the rented areas.
