It is very close to the beach (only 250m, less than 4min walking), has a nearby market, restaurant, burger and is next to several other great beaches of the city.
The apartment consists of two air-conditioned suites, 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed and 5 more mattresses to accommodate 12 people. It has a large living room with fan, a full kitchen with utensils needed to prepare meals for a large family, a downstairs social toilet, individual covered barbecue (so even on rainy days you can enjoy a barbecue) and garage for 2 cars
