O imóvel é sensacional, está novinho.. em ótimas condições e é completíssimo de itens de cozinha. Varanda muito boa para churrasco com todos os itens para churrasco também. A localização é ótima, pertinho da praia. Proprietário muito atencioso e fomos muito bem recepcionados no prédio também! Com certeza quando precisarmos de um apê em Ubatuba novamente iremos nele.
