Apartment for vacation rental in Ubatuba
Excellent apartment with wonderful sea views. Located in the Wembley Forest Sea Condominium, in Praia das Toninhas, a true paradise on earth. The condominium is at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by native Atlantic Forest on all sides and with a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony of the apartment.
The apartment is beautiful, has 85m2 and has 2 suites (rooms with adjoining bathrooms). In suite 1 there is a double bed, wardrobe and LED TV, in the other room there are 2 single beds a bunk bed (bed with another pull-out under) and LED TV. There is even a loose mattress. Ceiling fan in all environments.
In the living room there is a dining table with 5 chairs, 2 sofas. The apartment has WIFI and Smartv with Netflix.
The kitchen is complete with cabinets, duplex refrigerator (separate freezer), cockpit stove (only the top), electric oven, microwave and all utensils.
Service area with washing machine, beach chairs and umbrella.
The condominium has swimming pools (adults and children) and a waterfall, sports court, games room, collective barbecues and an internal forest. Total security with 24-hour concierge and cameras scattered throughout the condominium.
The condominium is located in the part of Toninhas where the sea looks like a clear water pool, surrounded by rocks, great for children and for swimming and diving. In the surroundings, a few meters away, there is a variety of restaurants.

Minha experiência com minha família foi muito boa no apartamento do Sr Luiz. Desde o primeiro contato ele se mostrou muito solicito, paciente e esclarecedor. O apartamento é bem mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos, a localização é perfeita, a vista é realmente sensacional. Apartamento muito bem equipado e muito limpo. Colchões, travesseiros com forro em perfeito estado. Sofá limpinho, banheiros grandes com vários lugares para a gente pendurar toalhas, roupas etc Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Possue ar condicionado, ventiladores,wi-fi, tvs, ferro de passar, microondas, forninho, varais, máquina de lavar etc.( Tudo que precisamos) Fiquei encantada, tivemos um ótimo descanso.
