The house has 2 bedrooms (one suite with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the second bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single bed) and 2 sofa beds, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (including the suite's bathroom), dining room, 2-car garage, barbecue grill. Wi-Fi. Ceiling fan in the living room, air conditioning in the bedrooms, laundry area. House built in 2016.

1) We live in the back house but with separate entrances.
Close to supermarkets, restaurants and kiosks. Close to Praia Grande (900 meters) and Praia da Enseada (1,200 meters).
