A vantagem do imóvel é estar numa localização com fácil acesso para estas e para outras praias. Apenas na região do centro de Ubatuba (próximo ao aquário) foi que conseguimos encontrar opções de alimentação e diversão (parque de diversões, feira de artesanato, centrinho para compras), pois nas redondezas do prédio/bairro, dependendo do horário, não encontra nada aberto.
