quiet location, semi-closed condominium, in a cul-de-sac with a porthole, covered garage for 3 small / medium sized vehicles, tv40 'in the living room, dining / lunch room for up to 22 people and tv29' and TV's in all rooms, parabolic reception, internet point w / broadband connection, as well as fans in the suites, fireplace, barbecue. This paradise is 2 km from Maranduba beach, right next to the waterfalls, trails, hills and in the neighborhoods small local shops with bakery, workshops, churches, supermarket and squares, providing a familiar and inspiring environment.

Passei um final de semana maravilhoso com a minha família, estávamos em 16 pessoas e uma filha de 4 patas da minha tia, que se sentiu em casa tanto quanto a gente. A casa acômoda a todos muito bem, a limpeza é impecável, cozinha bem equipada, piscina em ótimas condições de uso e estofados em geral muito bem preservados. A casa fica mais afastada da praia, o que não incomodou pois gostamos de sossego e tínhamos uma cachoeira a poucos metros. Sem dúvidas recomendamos e voltaremos assim que possível. Heide é uma ótima anfitriã, educada e prestativa.
