House for vacation rental in Ubatuba

Casa Ipê 70 meters from the beach, extremely clean and organized, with a great location, close to shops and no need for a car to go to the beach. It has a large leisure area with barbecue, swimming pool, chairs and tables.

Kitchen with two stoves, one with 4 burners and oven and the other semi-industrial, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, 2 duplex refrigerators, an upright freezer and all necessary utensils for 22 people.
The house has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Bathrooms have a shower and the mattresses and pillows are covered. There are two garages, one for up to 6 cars if they are not too large, and the other with an entrance for a van.

Note: the living room has 2 single beds, the first bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom in the hallway, the second is a suite with 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed, the third bedroom, also a suite, has 2 bunk beds and a double bed and the last bedroom has two bunk beds.

Chegamos a casa estava limpa, com cheiro delicioso. Casa bem arejada e comporta tranquilamente umas 28 pessoas.
Fomos em 20 adultos e 4 crianças. Amamos demais, com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!!!
