Apartamento de fácil acesso logo no comecinho da MARANDURA, próximo da área verde onde tem total contato com a natureza, apartamento limpo muito aconchegante com Tv a cabo e tem vários utensílios para cozinha não precisa levar nada, o estacionamento é fechado isso da mais segurança e tranquilidade também recomendo a Todos no 10

O imóvel é muito bom em vários aspectos. A localização - a 5 minutos a pé da praia e nem precisa tirar o carro da garagem. Com comércio local pertinho: mercados, farmácia, restaurantes, etc. O apto tem duas varandas frente e fundo que permitem ventilação cruzada, os móveis são práticos e bem conservados, assim como todo o apto bem cuidado e limpinho. Fomos bem recebidos pela zeladoria do condomínio e também recebemos toda atenção da proprietária D. Marly que gentilmente negociou conosco. Pretendemos voltar. Gratidão a todos.
