The ideal place to spend your holidays or even a weekend with friends or family. Warm, welcoming and in a location close to several delightful beaches.
• The apartment is in a quiet location, close to the beach, just 800 meters from Maranduba beach and close to excellent beaches such as Praia da Fortaleza, Lagoinha, sapê, toninhas, Lázaro, Santa Rita and Caçandoca. At Praia da Caçandoca is where Castelo dos Arautos is located, a tourist spot that is worth visiting as well as having an incredible view.
• Maranduba beach has kiosks, a waterslide into the sea, schooner rides (depending on the time of year). Great for a bath, to go with the family and children too. Trails, lakes and waterfalls, in a very preserved nature. These are attractions that you cannot miss.
• The neighborhood still has a market structure, butcher shop, pharmacy, restaurants, beach shops, gas station, etc.

Passamos momentos muito tranquilos saem nossa estadia, fui num meio de semana, as praias estavam ótimas com pouquíssimas pessoas, o local do aparamento muito familiar e limpinho, as praias bem próximas, foi tudo muito agradável.
