Description of the HOUSE:

The townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one suite with a double box bed, a closet with a single box bed, 2 bedrooms containing two single box beds with an auxiliary bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The house has a balcony in the 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, one measuring 23 m2 with 2 sun loungers, and one measuring 3 m2 in the suite with mountain views. Room and all rooms with fan. The living room has a 40-inch LED TV and two sofas (2 and 3 seats).

Fully equipped kitchen with Frost free refrigerator, 4-burner cook top stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and all utensils (dishes, pans and cutlery).
Garage for 2 cars and a large covered veranda of 32m with another biplex refrigerator, barbecue, 4-burner stove, sink, tables and chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen with 1 Frost Free refrigerator, 6-burner stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and all utensils (dishes, pans and cutlery). The living room has a 29-inch TV and two wooden sofas (2 and 3 seats).

Garage and large balcony with barbecue, sink, tables, chairs and hammock.
