Very spacious and cozy with a beautiful pool, for family and friends, it is located in Ubatuba in the Lagoinha neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk to the beach (700 meters from the beach), there are 2 nearby markets, a waterfall and it is close to the Ruinas da Lagoinha, the house contains a very large area with barbecue, freezer and a beautiful new pool area, toilet in the outdoor area, has 2 bedrooms with suites and an extra bathroom in the living room, kitchen has all the appliances you need. It's a two-story house, the owners live upstairs and rent the house downstairs, but there are only people in the house upstairs at the end of the day. House rules prohibit car sound, especially at night (neighborhood laws and law of silence) and smoking inside the house.
