The condominium has 10 chalets with accommodation for up to six people and 3 kitchenettes for 1 couple.
Each chalet for up to 6 people has a bedroom (with double bed and bunk bed), living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and kitchen.
They are equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, ceiling fan, TV, stove, refrigerator and basic kitchen utensils.
The kitchenettes offer a double bed in a combined room with a mini kitchen, also equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, minibar, 2-burner stove and basic kitchen utensils.
It has a large swimming pool with a children's area, games room, barbecue area, closed parking, and wi-fi in the outdoor area.
We do not provide breakfast, maid service, bed linen, tableware, bath, personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc.), cleaning items (detergent, loofah, garbage bags etc.), nor beach service.

O imóvel muito mal cuidado, com panela furada, fogão com puxador quebrado, porta interna não fecha nem no batente, mal cheiro na área de churrasqueira, tampa de bueiro quebrado, recepção fechada o tempo todo, não tinha controle remoto das televisões, baratas circulação pelas acomodações e muitos outros probleminhas.
Ponto forte atenção dos funcionários, a piscina, o ar condicionado e o preço.

Recebemos hoje sua avaliação, acredito que houve um problema em relação ao envio dos e-mails e por isso não recebemos na data realizada.
Agradecemos sua visita e suas ponderações.
Informamos que em relação a panela furada e puxador do fogão quebrado realmente houve uma falha na vistoria por ocasião da saída do hóspede anterior, mas de qualquer forma foi resolvido na época.
Em relação ao mal cheiro na área de churrasqueira, esta foi ocasionada pelo vizinho, que tem sua fossa na divisa do terreno do chalé, e após nossas intervenções, foi solucionado.
Em relação a tampa do bueiro quebrada, esta se localizava na área externa do imóvel (calçada) e o dano foi alheio à nossa vontade, foi causada pelo serviço de abastecimento da cidade (Sabesp), mas também foi resolvido.
Não deixamos realmente os controles das TVs e nem do ar-condicionado no interior do chalé para evitarmos que por descuido, os hóspedes os levem embora na mala, como já ocorreu diversas vezes. Mas devem ser entregues aos hóspedes na chegada, com a entrega das chaves. Vamos trabalhar isso com o funcionário que recebe os hóspedes.
Quanto à recepção permanecer fechada, como não somos pousada e nem hotel, não temos serviços de hotelaria, o que inclui serviço de recepção, por esta razão, cada apartamento possui, além das chaves do apartamento, uma chave do portão de banhista e da garagem.
Em relação às baratas, o imóvel é dedetizado regularmente, podendo-se observar o certificado exposto nas dependências do imóvel. O chalé foi dedetizado no início de dezembro/18, mas logo após, começamos a ter problemas, porém, em razão do início da alta temporada, com grande movimento de hóspedes, não tivemos dias livres para a empresa refazer o serviço. Mas contratamos outra empresa para este ano.
De qualquer forma, lamentamos o ocorrido e trabalhamos para melhorar.
