Estivemos no Carnaval. O apto é exatamente igual ao anúncio. A localização é ótima, íamos ao centro sem precisar utilizar o carro. O apto é grande e confortável. A Emília super receptiva e atenciosa. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

É a segunda vez que fico no apartamento, e como da primeira fiquei muito satisfeita. Lugar amplo, limpo e arejado. Bem localizado, a noite dá pra passear a pé na orla de Itaguá sem ter que usar o carro. A Dona do apartamento é muito educada, e sempre disponível para qualquer dúvida. Enfim, gostei muito e super indico.

Estivi pela segunda vez no apartamento, e infelizmente não foi legal os banheiros estavam sujos os boxe dava pra vê q não foram lavandos, é agente foi conversar com a dona e ela não gostou da reclamação foi muito desagradável ela não aceitou entrar no AP pra verificar se estava mesmo sujo, foi constrangedor ela não aceita e por pouco agente não perdeu nossas férias.

A reação que tive diante da situação e você não mencionou foi me desculpar e devolver o valor pago pela taxa de limpeza .
Conforme foi explicado pra você a limpeza foi efetuada por uma diarista nova e deixou a desejar.
