Tem uma boa infraestrutura e, é próximo de mercado, padaria e da rodovia, o que facilita o acesso para conhecer outras praias.

Apartamento muito melhor que apresentado nas fotos, tem tudo o q precisa para uma ótima estadia, uma vista linda do por do sol, limpíssimo, tudo muito organizado, está situado em localidade estratégica principalmente nesse período de grande fluxo de pessoas, anfitrião nota mil, fácil comunicação, flexível, podem alugar de olhos fechados.

Adorei o apartamento! É grande, espaçoso, limpeza impecável e acomodou muito bem todo o grupo (estávamos em seis pessoas). A localização é excelente e facilitou bastante a nossa estadia, sendo perto das principais praias e do centrinho.
O anfitrião é muito gente boa, sempre atencioso e prestativo, deu todo o suporte necessário e esteve disponível sempre que precisamos.
Apenas como ponto de observação, é que o apto não disponibiliza travesseiros, apenas roupas de cama.
No geral, foi uma experiência excelente e super recomendo!

Apartamento extremamente confortável e arejado, exatamente igual as fotos do anúncio.
Lugar tranquilo, seguro, a vaga da garagem é de frente com o hall de entrada com o elevador, o que facilitou muito subir e descer as malas.
O apto é bem próximo ao centrinho do Itagua onde tem os restaurantes, sorveterias e etc, nem tiramos o carro da garagem pra ir jantar.
As varandas são viradas para montanha, no fim de tarde a vista fica linda.
Apto 10 de 10, e o proprietário foi super atencioso, pretendo voltar em breve com a minha família.

Leandro é uma pessoa amável, de fácil trato, foi super solícito em tudo, o apartamento estava limpíssimo, é muito aconchegante, tem um por do sol deslumbrante avistado pela varanda, o prédio é de uma tranquilidade maravilhosa, região estratégica para se hospedar, podem contratar sem medo.
