O apartamento corresponde com as fotos, é bem novo e aconchegante, o único ponto é que ainda não tem ar condicionado.
O condomínio é muito completo porém a área da sauna precisa de agendamento mas nem todos respeitam.
A localização é muito boa para as praias do norte de Ubatuba e tem mercados ao redor
