This is a spacious guesthouse with a shared entrance.
Featuring a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.
Living room, kitchen, one bathroom, laundry room, patio and balcony (all private).
Wi-Fi, LED TV, a desk fan, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, and kitchen utensils.

Eugênio Ruiz Street, 80 meters from the beach.
Within 100 meters of a market, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria, kiosks, and the departure point for boats and schooners.
SERVICES:
The owners live in the front house, available for any need or emergency, but respecting privacy.
Comfort and hygiene guaranteed by our personal care; with this in mind, we maintain an interval of several days between rentals for cleaning and maintenance of the property.
We do not provide pillows, bedding, towels, or toiletries.
MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights (low season).
MAXIMUM STAY: 7 days.
