✔ The building is located 4 min. from Rua Cel. Pedro Pentado, the main street for local commerce. Following this street, you will find Praça João Zelante, the heart of local tourism, where you will find the best and trendiest bars and restaurants in the city, as well as the stage for events where shows and musical attractions often take place in the various events organized by the City Hall. Next to the Square is the city's newest tourist attraction, the replica of the Trevi Fountain, one of Rome's best-known monuments.

✔ It has a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two single beds. It also has two single mattresses that can be accommodated in the living room or bedroom. ATTENTION: We inform you that, from August 10th, to better accommodate our guests, the two single beds will be replaced by a double bed.
