The house is 1.5 blocks from the beach. It's 7 minutes walking through the condominium to the sand. Large leisure area with integrated stainless steel barbecue with private pool and large balcony with bar, large table, many chairs, place for 3 hammocks, demolition sofa set with armchairs. The kitchen is super complete with many utensils. Dining table for 12 people. Smart TV and high speed fiber WIFi.
We provide 12 beach chairs, 3 beach carts and 2 umbrellas.
We do not have bed linen or towels. We have blankets and pillows.
We accept Pets by prior conversation.

Alugamos agora em julho e tudo foi exatamente como combinado. A casa é muito bonita, grande, limpa e organizada. Precisamos da internet da casa para home office e funcionou super bem. A área de piscina e churrasqueira são exatamente como estão nas fotos. A casa é perto da praia, caminhando pelo condomínio, que é super bonito e tranquilo. Passamos um final de semana ótimo na casa do Roberto. Desde o início ele foi super prestativo e deu dicas ótimas para aproveitar o máximo da estadia e da praia. Eu até poderia dar alguma dica aqui, mas acho que você deveria conversar diretamente com o host porque vai ser muito melhor. As fotos correspondem totalmente com a realidade, todos os utensílios funcionando completamente (inclusive a Internet que, francamente eu achava que ia ser relativamente lenta mas que rodou o Netflix sem problema) e todas as expectativas foram atendidas. Estive lá com amigos e recomendo fortemente para grupos.
