House for vacation rental in São Sebastião
The house is pleasant, well-maintained, and blends seamlessly with nature. The spacious living room features high ceilings, maxi-air windows, and sliding doors for excellent ventilation. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with kitchenware and appliances. Beach equipment (seven chairs and one umbrella) is also provided.
The leisure area is delightful with a very well-kept garden, integrated with the swimming pool with two sun loungers and a barbecue.
There are two suites upstairs with queen-size beds and excellent mattresses. Downstairs, there's a ground-floor suite with a standard double bed and a trundle bed, plus a powder room.
The house has a delightful energy with lots of plants and a very pleasant view from any part of the house.
The condominium is super safe, with high-end homes and a diverse clientele. And the beach reflects the peace and tranquility of the place, with mostly families and children, and the sunsets are stunning!
The house will be delivered clean and in perfect condition. If needed, a person is available to assist with household chores during your stay. The daily cleaning fee is R$300.00.
Gardening and pool service included in the stay, and 24-hour concierge.
Abundant water comes directly from the mountain, and which, on its way to the sea, cuts through the condominium, forming a natural pool, available for a "cold" bath amidst the exuberant nature of the place!
There are 4 restaurants in Toque Toque Pequeno, and on the road a small market with a butcher and bakery
7 km from Maresias, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, butchers, bakeries and grocery stores.
If you need bed linen and bath towels, R$450.00 will be charged for the rental period.

Já conhecia o espaço de Regina. Estive lá há alguns anos, porém, fiquei imensamente feliz ao descobrir que estava no , que uso há muito tempo para todas as viagens que faço, no Brasil ou exterior. A casa é bonita, confortável, muito bem decorada. Na cozinha, nada lhe faltará. As camas são convidativas e limpas. Sim, você precisa levar sua roupa de banho e cama, mas acredito que, em casas de praia, você fique mais à vontade com essa opção. Tudo funciona perfeitamente. O ar condicionado em cada quarto foi uma surpresa bem-vinda. A piscina e o jardim dos fundos nos tranquilizam após um dia agitado na areia. Nossa viagem foi curta, infelizmente, porém, aproveitamos cada minuto. O condomínio é maravilhoso, funcionários atentos e gentis. A praia é única. Não consigo me ver noutra praia de SP. Recomendo a casa, o condomínio, a praia. Porém, anfitriã como Regina é coisa rara. Você não pode perder.

Excelente casa, muito aconchegante, dentro de um condomínio fechado, mega seguro e familiar, saindo da portaria do condomínio é somente atravessar a rua que já esta na praia. Praia tranquila e bonita. Tem mercadinho e restaurantes por perto, não usamos o carro o final de semana inteiro. Recomendo e voltarei.
