The condominium is safe and peaceful, and the beach, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with its white, soft sand, is bathed by a sea of crystal-clear waters—the ideal place to connect with nature. Toque-Toque Pequeno is a former, tranquil fishing village that has become a summer resort with beautiful houses and residential complexes. A small chapel built at the beginning of the last century preserves the memory of the village's former inhabitants. The caiçaras (locals) make their living from fishing and sell their catch on the beach.
Located between Santiago and Calhetas beaches, Toque-Toque Pequeno Beach is approximately 1 km long and is known for its calm sea, golden sand, and crystal-clear waters most of the year. A quick stroll takes you to Toque Toque Waterfall, the historic center of São Sebastião for a bit of shopping, or the bustling Maresias neighborhood, with its restaurants, ice cream shops, nightclubs, and more.

Fui com a minha família para a casa e ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com tudo! Foram todos muito simpáticos e proativos e a casa supriu todas as expectativas! Cozinha muito bem equipada, ambiente grande, confortável, tudo ótimo!

Ótima casa, espaçosa e confortável, cozinha com tudo o que precisa, casa limpa, a dona da casa super atenciosa e organizada. Muito bom que veio uma pessoa pra limpar a piscina todos os dias. A praia é linda, e a casa está localizada em um condomínio maravilhoso!! Foi tudo perfeito! Nos sentimos em casa!
O único detalhe é para quem tem criança. Precisa ficar de olho para não subirem no andar de cima sozinhos, pois não tem rede de proteção.
