The condominium is safe and peaceful, and the beach, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with its white, soft sand, is bathed by a sea of crystal-clear waters—the ideal place to connect with nature. Toque-Toque Pequeno is a former, tranquil fishing village that has become a summer resort with beautiful houses and residential complexes. A small chapel built at the beginning of the last century preserves the memory of the village's former inhabitants. The caiçaras (locals) make their living from fishing and sell their catch on the beach.
Located between Santiago and Calhetas beaches, Toque-Toque Pequeno Beach is approximately 1 km long and is known for its calm sea, golden sand, and crystal-clear waters most of the year. A quick stroll takes you to Toque Toque Waterfall, the historic center of São Sebastião for a bit of shopping, or the bustling Maresias neighborhood, with its restaurants, ice cream shops, nightclubs, and more.

A casa é uma delícia, ampla, bem iluminada com acomodações confortáveis. A área da piscina que se integra com a sala de jantar por portas de vidro é super gostosa para aquele bate-papo com petiscos. Adorei a casa, o condomínio é lindo e a praia de Toque toque pequeno é um show e ainda com um por sol incrivel no final da tarde.

Os quartos são espaçosos e bem distribuídos, garantindo o conforto para todos os formatos, seja casal ou solteiro.
A comum e de lazer é perfeita, com piscina e varanda coberta com acesso a área de jantar. O espaço aberto garante a integração de todos os que estão hospedados. A cozinha é grande e bem equipada!
