Colonial style house, built in 1968, maintained by our family, 100 meters from the beach.We have 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, which comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, in addition to a full kitchen and barbecue area. Our region allows you to contemplate the sunset from the terrace, in addition to the region with wide nature for the view of the hill.
In different environments you will be able to see photos of our family and it will be a pleasure to share our history and family environment with you!

In addition to all the internal structure, we also have a spacious balcony, providing great evenings watching the sunset, which is a UNIQUE environment. In addition, from the belvedere, at the top of the house, you can see the sunset, in a pleasant way and without leaving the house!

The rate shown is for 12 people, which is the maximum capacity of the house. Extra people are not accepted, in order to keep the atmosphere comfortable.
Our garage is closed and holds up to 5 cars.
The house voltage is 220V, but we have transformers available to use in necessary appliances, such as our coffee maker.
